Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
possess a passion for helping and serving others
show a desire to learn how to cook extensively
willingness to work full or part-time

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in food service or fast-casual settings is beneficial but not required

Job Duties

Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth restaurant operations
uphold Chipotle’s commitment to sustainable and responsible food practices
contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating enthusiasm and passion for service
