Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Certain kitchen equipment may only be operated by individuals 18 years of age or older
  • Flexible work availability including late nights and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Authorization to work in the United States (use of E-Verify)
  • No registered sex offender status pursuant to NH HB 1038
  • Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and move throughout the restaurant during shifts
  • Capability to use hands and fingers for various tasks including operation of equipment
  • Ability to climb ladders or step stools occasionally
  • Willingness to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to maintain cleanliness
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to read monitors, menus, and training materials
  • Capable of carrying and moving items up to 50 pounds
  • Tolerance to exposure to hot and cold temperatures common in kitchen environments
