Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Certain kitchen equipment may only be operated by individuals 18 years of age or older
- Flexible work availability including late nights and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Authorization to work in the United States (use of E-Verify)
- No registered sex offender status pursuant to NH HB 1038
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and move throughout the restaurant during shifts
- Capability to use hands and fingers for various tasks including operation of equipment
- Ability to climb ladders or step stools occasionally
- Willingness to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to maintain cleanliness
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to read monitors, menus, and training materials
- Capable of carrying and moving items up to 50 pounds
- Tolerance to exposure to hot and cold temperatures common in kitchen environments
