Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Availability to work scheduled shifts on time
- Ability to lift and reach as required by position
- Follow proper call-off procedures in case of absence
- Basic education equivalent of reading and math skills
Job Qualifications
- Basic math and reading skills
- Previous restaurant experience helpful but not required
- Ability to follow company standards and policies
- Good people skills with a friendly and courteous attitude
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor
- Teamwork attitude and ability to contribute to the efficient operation of the shift
- Neat and well-groomed appearance in line with company dress code
Job Duties
- Prepare raw ingredients for menu item production
- Prepare menu items for orders
- Assist guests in dining room, lot, dining room cashier, drive-thru cashier and drive-thru outside order taking
- Perform daily operation tasks including receiving and storage, preventative maintenance, opening and closing procedures
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Adhere to guest and employee safety and security policies
- Maintain personal appearance and adhere to dress code policies
