Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or fast casual restaurants preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

- Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Operate the register and handle customer transactions
- Prepare food items including grilling burgers and preparing fries
- Conduct morning prep and evening closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards
- Participate in team communication and support a fun work environment
- Uphold company standards through the Secret Shopper program
- Assist in training new team members
