Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of your shift
- Willingness to learn and operate restaurant equipment
- Must adhere to Wendy's brand standards and operational procedures
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to interact respectfully with diverse team members and customers
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior restaurant experience required due to paid training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties
- Prepare great food according to Wendy's brand standards
- Serve customers with a positive and helpful attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Assist fellow crew members as needed
- Address and resolve any issues proactively
