Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Willingness to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • Ability to follow brand standards and safety guidelines
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Physical capability to handle fast-paced work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Positive attitude and reliability

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a positive attitude
  • Take and process customer orders efficiently
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
  • Prepare and serve fresh food items following brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines to uphold restaurant standards
