Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Willingness to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Ability to follow brand standards and safety guidelines
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Physical capability to handle fast-paced work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a positive attitude
- Take and process customer orders efficiently
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- Prepare and serve fresh food items following brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
