We are currently seeking experienced Crew Leaders to join our Maintenance division and work safely in the field. As a Crew Leader, you will be a working team member responsible for overseeing all aspects of a crew’s operations from start to completion. This includes supervising lawn maintenance services, ensuring crew members have the necessary safety materials, training, and tools, and maintaining safe work environments at all times. Your role will involve coordinating daily job activities, completing pre-trip inspection reports to verify equipment readiness, and liaising effectively with branch management, customers, and employees. Additionally, you will operate landscaping tools and heavy equipment as needed and safely drive crews to and from job sites while adhering to company safety policies that prioritize public and crew member safety.
