Job Requirements

  • Stand and move for most if not all of your shift
  • Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
  • Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant
  • Be willing to work a flexible schedule including full-time or part-time hours
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and work well in a team environment
  • Be able to learn new skills and follow training instructions
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in fast food or customer service is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physically able to stand and move during shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus
