Job Requirements
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old or meet local legal working age
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Pass a background check if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is beneficial but not required
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as grills and registers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and taking accurate orders
- Prepare and serve high-quality food items according to Wendy's brand standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including dining area and kitchen
- Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Uphold Wendy’s values by demonstrating a positive attitude and teamwork
