Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency
  • 1 year crew scheduling, crew tracking, Sabre/FOS, Ascent, Outlook experience
  • Ability to work all shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to work overtime as required with little or no advance notice
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to constant change

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency
  • Knowledge of APA/APFA contracts and FARs
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions based on information gathered/reviewed
  • Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and union groups
  • Ability to review policies/procedures and recommend changes
  • Capable of reviewing work product of assigned area(s) and recommending changes to improve productivity and efficiency

Job Duties

  • Provides support and direction to FSMs, APA and APFA
  • Coordinates and communicates changes and solves crew legalities and issues during regular and irregular operations
  • Works in creating open sequence pairings for maintenance ferries, extra sections, rescue missions, charter operation, critical ops, TUL flying
  • Interprets and executes knowledge of working agreements for APA, APFA and FARs
  • Works directly with Crew Scheduling Management, Crew Tracking, Pilot Scheduling and Flight Attendant Scheduling, Dispatchers, IOC sector and equipment manager along with other external departments
  • Provides frontline guidance and coaching to the tracking staff
  • Delegates work assignments as necessary
  • Ability to work overtime as required, sometimes with little or no advance notice
