Job Duties

  • Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation
  • prepare and cook bone-in wings, boneless wings, strips, and fries according to Wingstop standards
  • maintain high quality of products and services delivered to customers
  • follow proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures
  • scan and comprehend order tickets quickly and accurately
  • coordinate cooking times using timers
  • sauce, season, and package all orders accurately
  • filter and freshen fryer shortening daily following safety procedures
  • keep the kitchen clean throughout the shift
  • notify Manager on Duty of all safety, sanitation, or employee issues promptly
  • assist other employees as needed
  • follow directions given by Manager or Supervisor
  • practice safe cooking procedures
  • understand and use chemical cleaning products safely
  • bring issues or concerns to supervisor's attention
  • represent the brand professionally at all times
  • introduce new ideas to improve operational efficiency
