Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Willingness to use restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
  • Must follow brand standards to prepare food and serve customers
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Positive attitude and teamwork
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a positive attitude
  • Assist fellow crew members and customers as needed
  • Prepare food and beverages following brand standards
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Ensure food safety and quality control
  • Follow company policies and procedures to deliver excellent service
