Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills in the primary language of the work location

Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Minimum age of 16 years old

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere in the restaurant
Participate in the training programs to gain confidence and skills in all operational areas
Collaborate with team members to support both customers and coworkers
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with company policies
Uphold Chipotle's values of responsibility, quality, and sustainability in all tasks
Assist in the smooth and efficient running of restaurant operations
