Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language of the work location

- Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Minimum age of 16 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere in the restaurant
- Participate in the training programs to gain confidence and skills in all operational areas
- Collaborate with team members to support both customers and coworkers
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with company policies
- Uphold Chipotle's values of responsibility, quality, and sustainability in all tasks
- Assist in the smooth and efficient running of restaurant operations
