Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work in a cold environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and standard cake designs
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Previous cake decorating or bakery experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Strong artistic and creative skills with attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a cold/freezer environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Friendly, professional attitude with great customer-service skills
Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

Prepare, decorate, and finish ice cream cakes, pies, and frozen desserts to order and for display
Follow Baskin-Robbins' standard cake designs and portion guidelines
Write personalized messages neatly and accurately on cakes
Maintain high standards for product quality, consistency, and visual appeal
Ensure all products are labeled, dated, and stored properly following food safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cake decorating area
Take custom cake orders, ensuring clear communication of customer requests
Assist with order pickups and verify that every order meets guest expectations
Collaborate with store leadership to manage inventory and supply levels
Support overall store operations when needed, such as scooping, stocking, and cleaning
