Job Duties

  • Prepare, decorate, and finish ice cream cakes, pies, and frozen desserts to order and for display
  • Follow Baskin-Robbins' standard cake designs and portion guidelines
  • Write personalized messages neatly and accurately on cakes
  • Maintain high standards for product quality, consistency, and visual appeal
  • Ensure all products are labeled, dated, and stored properly following food safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cake decorating area
  • Take custom cake orders, ensuring clear communication of customer requests
  • Assist with order pickups and verify that every order meets guest expectations
  • Collaborate with store leadership to manage inventory and supply levels
  • Support overall store operations when needed, such as scooping, stocking, and cleaning
