Job Description

GoldenT Inc is a proud independent franchise owner operating seven McDonald's locations. Under the leadership of Katie B, a second-generation owner, GoldenT Inc embodies a family tradition of dedication and excellence in the fast-food industry. Katie B's journey began after graduating from Loveland High School and attending the University of Tennessee, where she was selected for McDonald's prestigious Next Generation Owner Program. She spent six years rigorously training before becoming an approved owner-operator in 2008, a career move she considers the best decision of her life. Katie B’s passion for the fast-paced, dynamic world of McDonald's drives the company culture and operational excellence across all locations.

GoldenT Inc is committed to maintaining the iconic standards McDonald’s customers expect while fostering a safe, respectful, and growth-oriented workplace for team members. Safety is prioritized to ensure that both team members and guests experience a secure environment at all times. The philosophy rests on the belief that every team member has a voice and the potential to advance their career. GoldenT Inc invests in continual development and training to cultivate one of the best-trained crews and management teams in the industry. This approach ensures that all employees are supported in their professional journey, emphasizing performance and desire as key drivers of growth.

In this role, team members are expected to uphold and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. Punctuality, proper uniform standards, and maintaining a positive attitude are essential to creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer. Being part of GoldenT Inc means you are joining a team where dedication, positivity, and excellent service are rewarded and recognized. The company offers competitive wages, including a $2 per hour premium for overnight shifts from 10 pm to 7 am, acknowledging the commitment required for such hours. Employees receive raises up to four times a year based on performance and tenure, along with 1.5 times holiday pay as detailed in the employee handbook.

GoldenT Inc also provides paid time off and medical insurance benefits, supporting the well-being of team members. Applicants should understand they are applying to work at an independently owned McDonald's restaurant, separate from McDonald’s USA. Employment decisions, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervision, are handled solely by the GoldenT Inc franchise, giving team members a distinct and personalized workplace experience under the local ownership of Katie B. This independent franchising model ensures a close-knit, community-oriented approach to managing and growing the team. Join GoldenT Inc and become a part of a reputable and inspiring business that values safety, professionalism, and career growth in the hospitality industry.
