Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in fast-food or customer service roles preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety and customer service excellence
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform restaurant duties

Job Duties

  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for team members and guests
  • Provide excellent customer service by being punctual, in uniform, and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and career growth
  • Operate kitchen and front-of-house equipment according to company standards
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Support team members and management in daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met
