Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in fast-food or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and customer service excellence
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform restaurant duties

Job Duties
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for team members and guests
- Provide excellent customer service by being punctual, in uniform, and maintaining a positive attitude
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and career growth
- Operate kitchen and front-of-house equipment according to company standards
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Support team members and management in daily restaurant operations
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met
