Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in fast-casual or quick service restaurant environments is a plus

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring each visit exceeds expectations
- Greet guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude
- Take and process guest orders via POS or drive-thru system
- Assist with food preparation, assembly, and order accuracy as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, following all sanitation and safety standards
- Support team members by communicating clearly and helping where needed to maintain smooth operations
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Follow company procedures, recipes, and standards for quality and consistency
- Demonstrate flexibility by learning and assisting in multiple roles throughout the restaurant
