- Weekend availability required
- previous kitchen or line experience preferred
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- strong attention to detail and consistency
- team-oriented with a positive, no-ego attitude
- willingness to be cross-trained and support all areas of the cafe
- interest in food/menu development is a plus

Job Duties
- Cook and assemble savory and sweet crepes
- prepare and assist with other food items on the menu
- maintain speed and organization during rushes
- keep a clean and efficient workstation
- assist with expo and order flow
- support front counter and guest interaction as needed
- participate in full team support including dishes, bussing/clearing tables, and barista tasks when needed
