Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen
  • culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • deep knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
  • ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and 10-hour shifts
