Job Requirements
- At least three years in an Executive Chef role
- experience managing high-volume scratch kitchens
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- knowledge of kitchen financial management including P&L and food costing
- valid ServSafe Manager Certification
- ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant environment
- excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience as an Executive Chef leading high-volume, scratch cooking restaurant kitchens
- proven ability to hire, train, and retain culinary staff
- solid understanding of profit and loss management, food costing, and kitchen operations
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- exceptional leadership and communication skills
- passion for innovation and excellence in culinary arts
Job Duties
- Lead from the front by developing, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing culinary team
- design and execute seasonal menus that reflect quality, creativity, and precision
- manage kitchen financials including food cost, labor, and inventory
- ensure every dish meets elite standards for flavor, consistency, and presentation
- hire, train, and retain top-tier culinary talent
- oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and compliance
- cultivate a positive and productive kitchen culture
