Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
- Minimum 4 years relevant industry experience
- Proven leadership in creative or event production roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong visual and design sensibility
- Proficiency with relevant software tools
- Ability to travel occasionally within Los Angeles
- Outgoing and professional demeanor
- Ability to motivate and collaborate with creative teams
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in events, luxury hospitality, floral design, or creative production
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong personal sense of style and visual awareness
- Passion for fashion, interiors, architecture, art, and design inspiration
- Outgoing personality with natural client relationship skills
- Ability to lead creative teams and provide direction
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through abilities
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Proficiency with Excel, Canva, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Slack, and project management or operational systems
- Bilingual candidates preferred
Job Duties
- Manage floral event projects from proposal through installation and strike
- Communicate directly with clients and planners to refine creative direction and event details
- Maintain event timelines, budgets, and production schedules
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to interpret and implement design concepts
- Review and approve floral designs before presentation or installation
- Guide the design team adjustments to align with client expectations
- Lead event installations and breakdowns
- Direct freelance staff and support the design team on site
- Prepare detailed production schedules and coordinate logistics
- Inspire the design team to push creative ideas forward
