We are currently looking to hire a Creative Barista to join our passionate team. The role is part-time, with 15 to 25 hours per week, located at our Downtown San Jose location. As a Creative Barista, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, preparing espresso drinks and other beverages with care and creativity. This role goes beyond traditional barista duties, involving creative input in drink specials and latte art innovation, contributing to special event planning, and engaging with our community through social media.

Working at Bavetta Coffee means being part of a friendly and motivated team that values creativity, community, and excellent customer service. You will be involved hands-on in all aspects of café operations, including preparing light food items such as sandwiches, supporting daily operations, and occasionally appearing in social media content to showcase our offerings and atmosphere. The compensation for this role is $23.00 per hour plus tips, with tips averaging approximately $6.00 per hour based on historical data, making it a competitive position for baristas passionate about their craft.
