Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Six months of customer service or coffee bar experience preferred
Ability to use strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to perform basic math operations including handling currency
Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, lift 25 pounds, and operate POS systems
Must wear personal protective equipment as required
Able to handle exposure to noise, temperature extremes, and allergens as typical in a casino coffee bar environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least six months of experience in customer service, coffee bar, or cash handling preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic math abilities including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and handling U.S. currency
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Professional interaction skills with guests and team members
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating POS systems
Follows required personal protective equipment protocols

Job Duties

Craft and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blended drinks, and teas
Interact with guests by greeting them and establishing rapport to enhance guest satisfaction
Take customer food and drink orders accurately and record them in the POS system
Process payment transactions efficiently and comply with financial transaction procedures
Assist with daily setup, cleanup, and stocking of supplies and products
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils
Monitor temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and equipment to ensure proper function
Provide guest information about facility, special events, and promotions
Attend to guest needs and handle inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly
Perform job duties in compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
