  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues in real time

  • Recent hands-on experience using Craftable particularly purchasing or inventory modules
  • Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage purchasing environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with managers and clerks

Job Duties

  • Troubleshoot system issues and answer real-time questions during daily purchasing and inventory processing
