Job Requirements

  • Formal culinary education or equivalent professional training
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in upscale or fine-dining restaurant with 100 or more seats
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and food cost analysis
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Willingness to engage with media
  • Experience with POS and food management systems preferred
  • Spanish language skills a plus

  • Comfortable with media interviews
  • Experience with Toast POS and XtraChef systems a plus
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus

Job Duties

  • Develop innovative menus that are easy to execute and profitable
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, scheduling, plating, and quality assurance
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire culinary team
  • Complete cost-outs and manage food and labor costs to meet budget goals
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety compliance
  • Partner with front-of-house leadership and main office teams to coordinate service and special events
  • Engage with guests to promote menu and receive feedback
  • Continuously refine menus and introduce new culinary techniques
  • Follow all company and safety procedures
