- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of pastries desserts and baked goods according to recipes and established quality standards
- Measure and mix ingredients roll cut and shape dough and bake items in the oven
- Decorate pastries using icing glazes and other toppings
- Decorate pastries using various techniques such as piping glazing and icing
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new pastry items and seasonal menus
- Develop new recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends
