We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott San Francisco Union Square, a prime downtown location just a short walk from one of the city’s most vibrant districts. This property features modern rooms adorned with early twentieth-century architecture and offers amenities such as luxury bedding, free WiFi, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an inventive check-in process designed to enhance guest convenience. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the hotel’s operations to new heights by ensuring top-tier customer service, financial oversight, and team leadership.

In this full-time role, the General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including managing budgets, optimizing revenue, maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will serve as the face of the hotel, building strong relationships with guests, employees, owners, and community leaders alike. Your strategic planning and operational insight will drive continuous improvement and innovation, positioning our hotel as a leader in the competitive San Francisco hospitality market.

This role demands a leader who is both detail-oriented and visionary, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, deliver extraordinary guest experiences, and exceed financial goals. If you possess a passion for hospitality, a strong background in hotel management, and excellent communication and organizational skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career with a respected company that values your expertise and dedication. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including daily pay options and health coverage, underscore our commitment to supporting our employees. Join Aimbridge Hospitality and become an essential part of our mission to set new standards in hospitality excellence.
