Job Requirements

  • a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience or at least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in hotel management software

Job Qualifications

  • at least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management or related field
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • proven ability in sales and financial management
  • experience in utilizing hotel management systems and reporting tools
  • excellent problem-solving and guest service abilities
  • effective communication and team-building skills

Job Duties

  • boost revenue and control costs to maintain financial health
  • develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage the budget
  • utilize reports and technology to optimize hotel operations
  • ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly
  • lead, inspire, and coach the management team
  • build strong relationships with owners, partners, and community leaders
  • uphold compliance with company policies and industry regulations
