Situated in the heart of Boise, Idaho, the Courtyard Boise Downtown is a premier hotel that stands out as the city's favorite choice for guests seeking an unforgettable stay. Known for its welcoming atmosphere, superb value, convenient location, and outstanding service, the hotel caters to travelers who appreciate a seamless combination of comfort and style. Block 22, LLC, the hospitality group behind the property, is dedicated to upholding high standards of guest satisfaction and employee engagement, making it a vibrant place to work and grow a career.

As a Bistro Food and Beverage Team Member at the Courtyard Boise Downtown, you will be an integral part of the hospitality team, delivering exceptional service within the hotel’s bistro dining environment. This role offers a dynamic and varied work experience that includes responsibilities across food preparation, cooking, serving, bartending, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Your position will involve close collaboration not only with your immediate team but also with front desk personnel to ensure guests receive high-quality food and beverage services that enhance their overall experience. Whether you are greeting patrons, preparing meals, or managing inventory, your contributions will play a vital role in creating the memorable moments that define the Courtyard Boise Downtown.

This position is offered as either full-time or part-time with work hours primarily in the evenings from 3pm to 11pm, including some weekends and holiday shifts. The hourly wage starts at $16 plus tips and gratuities, reflecting a competitive compensation package in the hospitality industry. Working here supports the development of core professional skills such as teamwork, respect, integrity, and passion, all of which are foundation stones at Block 22, LLC. Successful team members embody these values and strive to serve and inspire the local community by crafting impactful guest experiences.

The role’s comprehensive scope involves tasks that range from food preparation and cooking according to quality standards to serving customers in a courteous and efficient manner. You will also help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas, ensuring compliance with all food safety and company guidelines. Inventory management and stocking supplies are additional functions, requiring attention to detail and collaboration across departments. The fast-paced environment demands strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to multitask effectively, making this a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for those passionate about hospitality.

By joining Courtyard Boise Downtown’s Bistro Food and Beverage Team, you become part of a community dedicated to hospitality excellence and a workplace culture that values every member’s contribution. Block 22, LLC provides an attractive benefits package to full-time employees that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first month after hiring, an employee assistance program, flexible spending accounts, vacation time accrual, a 401K program with company match after one year of service, free employee parking, and hotel discounts.
