Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience
- or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong financial and sales capabilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to use hospitality management systems and technology tools
- passion for outstanding guest service
