The Courier Driver position at SPS Global is a critical role that anchors the company's logistics and distribution system in Santa Clara, California. This on-site role is designed for candidates who are dependable, service-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where operational efficiency and service quality are key. The Courier Driver is responsible for supporting daily courier, freight, and dock operations by navigating predefined delivery routes to ensure timely parcel and mail delivery, as well as managing freight with safety and compliance in mind. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of operations within shipping, receiving, and dock environments. The Courier Driver will also be tasked with managing vehicle safety and maintenance, ensuring all delivery trucks meet operational and safety standards. Beyond the direct delivery duties, the role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask and adapt to the dynamic needs of logistics operations. This position reports directly to supervisory leadership including the Client Services Supervisor or Manager.
