The Courier and Driver positions at SPS in Seattle, Washington, invite passionate drivers to enjoy the road while earning a rewarding income. This full-time opportunity requires flexibility to work an 8-hour shift scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with paid overtime available. Couriers and Drivers will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels across the campus efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely service at all times. Candidates will provide 5-star customer service, building strong professional relationships with employees and teams they interact with. They will maintain precise delivery logs, follow chain-of-custody procedures, and handle all related paperwork with utmost accuracy. Operating company vehicles safely and adhering to all state laws and safety standards is a critical aspect of the role. Additionally, these individuals will support daily operations by responding promptly to client requests, assisting teams, and providing coverage when needed. This career path is designed for individuals with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills who enjoy independent work and using technology including MS Office, computer systems, and office equipment. Beyond driving, couriers and drivers will need basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, including routine tasks like tire changes, refueling, battery checks, and general upkeep. The physical demands of the role include the ability to lift or move packages up to 60 lbs using standard equipment, walking, bending, kneeling, standing, and sitting for extended periods. Manual dexterity for operating office machinery is also required.
