Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver packages with appropriate equipment or assistance
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Neat appearance
- Must meet qualifications in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Medical exam required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to read and speak English
- Non-covered safety sensitive position
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have valid driver's license for the assigned vehicle type
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver packages using appropriate equipment or assistance
- Good verbal communication skills
- Neat appearance
- Must meet federal motor carrier safety regulations as outlined in section 391
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Preferred to have held a valid driver's license for at least three years
Job Duties
- Drive and operate company vehicles for delivery and pick-up of packages
- Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service
- Follow all safety regulations and federal motor carrier safety regulations
- Perform medical examinations as required
- Maintain neat appearance and professional conduct
- Perform other duties as assigned
