We are currently seeking a Full Time Bartender to join our dynamic team at Courier & Fireside Lounge. This role is an exciting opportunity for passionate individuals who enjoy crafting drinks and engaging directly with guests to create unforgettable experiences. The bartender will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of service and excellence that the Grand Hyatt brand is known for. The position requires working flexible hours, starting between 10am and 11am and ending between midnight and 1am, including weekends and holidays. This allows for a vibrant and varied work environment within one of Denver's leading hospitality venues.

The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of cocktails from a seasonal and classic cocktail menu, showcasing creativity and mastery in mixology. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and values teamwork, as they will collaborate closely with both front-of-house and culinary teams dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences.
