- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of restaurant or serving experience
- knowledge of wine, liquor, beer, and food service
- ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- excellent customer service skills
- availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- greet and seat members
- maintain working knowledge of all food and beverage options including ingredients and preparation methods
- assist members with menu selections
- set up and break down dining areas daily
- ensure pantry and common areas are presentable
- report member concerns promptly to management
- attend staff meetings and training sessions
