Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one or more years of restaurant or serving experience
  • strong knowledge of wine, liquor, beer, and food service
  • ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods
  • ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • experience working in a country club or similar setting preferred

Job Duties

  • greet and seat members as they enter the dining area
  • maintain knowledge of all food and beverage options including ingredients and preparation methods
  • assist members with menu choices and answer their questions
  • perform daily setup and breakdown of the dining area
  • ensure the pantry and common areas are clean and presentable throughout the day
  • report any member concerns or issues promptly to management
  • attend staff meetings and participate in training to improve service skills
