Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills

- Physical ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 50+ pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Team-oriented attitude
- For baristas, at least one year of manual espresso machine experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience as a barista using manual espresso equipment preferred for barista positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of coffee, bakery, and savory food products
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming them to cafes and engaging throughout their visit
- Has comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Takes guests' orders using point-of-sale system or register
- Delivers coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintains clean and well-stocked cafe stations
- Supports cafe cleanliness and visual brand standards
- Complies with safety and sanitation standards
- Prepares and serves beverages according to recipes and specifications
- Operates barista station equipment according to standards
- Keeps bar and equipment clean and sanitary
- Executes all product and packaging standards
- Other related assignments as necessary
