Job Requirements

Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
strong communication skills with engaging and warm presence
passion for coffee menu, bakery, and savory offerings
willingness to help where needed and work cooperatively
ability to lift and carry over 50 pounds
able to stand for 8 or more hours per day
ability to grasp and reach overhead
adherence to all safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
at least 1 year of experience as a barista using manual espresso equipment for barista positions
strong communication and interpersonal skills
passion for coffee and food service
ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

Welcome and engage guests warmly throughout their experience
possess comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
take guests orders using point-of-sale system
prepare and serve coffee beverages and food according to specifications
maintain clean and organized workspaces and cafe stations
comply with safety, sanitation, and brand standards at all times
deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
