This part-time role within Tatte’s front of house team focuses on providing outstanding guest service in a café setting. Team members hired for this position will either serve as Counter Team Members or Baristas, both of which play integral roles in delivering the Tatte experience. Counter Team Members are responsible for warmly welcoming guests, fluidly taking orders, maintaining a clean and organized station, and having a broad knowledge of all menu items including savory offerings and pastries. Baristas, on the other hand, showcase their skills through crafting visually appealing and delicious coffee drinks adhering to Tatte’s recipes and high standards.

Both positions require individuals who have excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for hospitality, and a deep understanding of the company’s offerings. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as shifts include weekends, holidays, and varying hours in the afternoon and evening. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, team-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever help is needed to ensure smooth café operations.

Tatte offers competitive pay starting at $11.50 per hour plus tips for counter team members, and $13.00 per hour plus tips for baristas, with many team members earning between $18 and $22 per hour including tips.
