We are seeking a dedicated and professional Counter Attendant to join our dynamic team at The Diner. This role is essential in providing an exceptional guest experience as the first point of contact when guests arrive. The Counter Attendant will greet guests warmly, accurately take and fulfill orders, and ensure that every interaction is friendly and efficient. This position requires a thorough understanding of the menu, including preparation techniques and ingredients, so that attendants can confidently make suggestions and answer questions to enhance the dining experience. Using the point of sale (POS) system, the attendant will enter orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable dining atmosphere. Job Requirements
