The available position is for a Busser/Runner at Costa Italian Restaurant, where the candidate will play an essential supporting role in maintaining the smooth operation of the dining experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting. This role requires professionalism, speed, and teamwork to keep the dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked. The Busser/Runner will work closely with servers and other team members to ensure guests enjoy a seamless and exceptional dining experience.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience in restaurant settings, especially in roles requiring fast-paced and high-volume operations. Experience as a busser or food runner is preferred. Flexibility to work during Costa Italian Restaurant’s operating hours (Friday through Monday, 3:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.), including weekends and holidays, is required.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year relevant experience in restaurant environment
- Availability to work Friday through Monday between 3:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight

- One year or more prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a busser or food runner
- Experience working in fast-paced high volume restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
- Clean and sanitize all equipment
- Keep floors free of debris and spills
- Sweep and mop floor and empty garbage as required
- Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
- Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
- Retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom
- Assist with proper stock rotation
- Run food as required by the department
