Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year relevant experience in restaurant environment
- Availability to work Friday through Monday between 3:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight
Job Qualifications
- One year or more prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a busser or food runner
- Experience working in fast-paced high volume restaurant operations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards
- Physical stamina to perform duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
- Clean and sanitize all equipment
- Keep floors free of debris and spills
- Sweep and mop floor and empty garbage as required
- Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
- Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
- Retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom
- Assist with proper stock rotation
- Run food as required by the department
