Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • minimum of 1 year related experience
  • legally authorized to work in the United States full-time
  • no sponsorship for employment visa status
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to multi-task
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • willingness to travel up to 30%

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree required
  • emphasis in construction management, engineering, accounting, or related field preferred
  • pursuing CPA, EA, MAI, ASA, CMI, CCSP, or PE designation preferred
  • meet educational requirements to obtain license if not certified
  • minimum of 1 year related experience required
  • experience preparing estimates of real and personal property preferred
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to multi-task with attention to detail and accuracy
  • highly motivated and proactive for personal growth
  • proficient with Microsoft Office
  • willing and able to travel up to 30%

Job Duties

  • conduct and attend site visits
  • help with project planning
  • analyze information and identify technical issues
  • complete estimates of real and personal property building components
  • produce high-quality client deliverables
  • assist with development and maintenance of client service templates
  • adhere to professional standards and client confidentiality
  • provide timely and high-quality client service
