Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work opening and morning shifts
Availability to work part-time hours
Basic understanding of cash handling
Good communication skills
Must be able to stand for long periods
Ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in retail or customer service roles is an asset
Basic math and cashiering skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and punctual
Familiarity with cosmetics products is a plus

Job Duties

Process customer sales transactions accurately and efficiently in the cosmetics department
Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout and cosmetics area
Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth operation
Promote store programs, loyalty cards, and special offers to customers
Ensure compliance with all cash handling and company procedures
