Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Three years' experience performing mission work or participating in program development for a church or Corps
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Valid State Driver's License
- Active, uniform-wearing Salvationist in good standing
- Physical ability to perform duties including sitting, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to travel for community and home visits
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- Three years' experience performing mission work or in program development for a church or Corps
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and lead religious and outreach programs
- Experience in coordinating volunteers and managing program logistics
- Valid State Driver's License
- Active, uniform-wearing Salvationist in good standing
Job Duties
- Serve as an evangelist through the proclamation of Jesus Christ with intent to impact lives
- Assist Corps Officer and Program Coordinator in planning and implementing worship and outreach programs
- Develop, prepare, and lead youth ministry programs including Adventure Corps meetings
- Assist with production of Christian program materials and newsletters
- Support Salvation Army evangelical mission programs and coordinate bridging events with missions and clubs
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise volunteers for seasonal programs
- Monitor and maintain financial compliance and budgeting of Corps operations
