Job Duties

  • They are seeking a Corporate Receptionist / Senior Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the firm and a key part of their front-of-house operations
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced, polished corporate environment
  • You’ll be the first point of contact for high-profile clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders—delivering a seamless, professional, and warm experience every time
  • Managing a busy reception area with professionalism and poise
  • Liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating meetings, lunches, events, and guest visits
  • Supporting administrative projects and office coordination tasks
  • Maintaining a high standard of appearance and efficiency across the front-of-house environment
  • Using initiative to identify areas for improvement or change, and communicating proactively
