Job Requirements

  • proven experience in receptionist or front office role
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

  • ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Job Qualifications

  • Strong telephone and computer skills
  • experience with Microsoft Office suite and Teams preferred

  • proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, assistant, or similar role

Job Duties

  • Coordinate front-desk activities
  • answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • greet employees and visitors and direct all visitors to the appropriate person or location
  • follow safety procedures and maintain office security, monitor logbook and issue visitor badges
  • provide accurate and basic information when necessary
  • work closely with various departments on tasks and projects
  • coordinate necessary meetings, events, and special visits including agenda, meeting room reservation, hotel accommodations, food orders, parking, and setup of meeting or event space
  • assist with internal communications such as TVs, communication emails, and posting flyers
  • be involved in Community Support committee
  • monitor level of office supplies and replenish as necessary
