Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum one year of dispatch or customer service experience
  • ability to read and interpret written and verbal instructions
  • effective communication skills
  • basic mathematical competency
  • ability to solve practical problems
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • ability to maintain data accuracy
  • capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 10 to 50 pounds
  • ability to remain seated for up to 90-95% of the workday

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • one year work experience in dispatch or customer service
  • ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and instructions
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • demonstrated organizational skills
  • attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Represent the company professionally and courteously
  • greet guests and assist with directions
  • answer and direct phone calls
  • create, modify, and erase customer and employee accounts
  • process equipment move orders
  • maintain equipment move order records
  • maintain data integrity for all records including customer records
  • assist human resources by posting and removing job postings and bids
  • cross train in service coordinator position and provide backup support
  • keep the front office area clean and organized
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • make reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities
