Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in administrative or client-facing roles preferred
  • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule of 7:45 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Commits to a 7:45 am - 5 pm schedule from Monday-Friday
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Personable and able to communicate across all levels of an organization
  • Presents a professional appearance
  • Great personality that makes guests feel welcome and calms the nerves of interviewees
  • Previous experience in a client facing position is a plus
  • Likes things clean and organized and pays attention to details
  • Ability to multitask, operate efficiently, learn, and adapt quickly
  • Google platform skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Answers all incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Ensure phone calls are directed accordingly
  • Greet guests and visitors in a professional, friendly, inviting manner
  • Maintain employee extension lists
  • Responsible for the assigning visitor badges and log accordingly
  • Reserve meeting rooms and maintain rooms in reception area
  • Able to communicate with the office of Property Management to address facilities issues
  • Order meeting lunches as requested
  • Perform variety of clerical duties
  • Responsible for incoming/outgoing mail and assuring deliveries are placed in correct location
  • Prepare outgoing FedEX packages
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality is highly necessary
  • Manage the Meeting Room database
  • Other duties as assigned
