Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation to clients’ homes
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to caregiving
  • Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and care standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous caregiving or related experience is a plus
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to undergo specialized training
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with seniors

Job Duties

  • Provide personal and companion care to seniors
  • Assist clients with daily living activities
  • Build and maintain one-on-one relationships with clients
  • Participate in training and obtain professional certifications
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate client and caregiver schedules
  • Deliver compassionate and respectful care in clients’ homes
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families
