JPMorgan Chase, a globally recognized financial institution with over 200 years of history, is a leader in investment banking, consumer and small business banking, commercial banking, financial transaction processing, and asset management. Under the iconic J.P. Morgan and Chase brands, the company serves millions of consumers, small businesses, and prominent corporate, institutional, and government clients worldwide. Known for its innovation and commitment to customer service, JPMorgan Chase offers a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values diversity and supports employee growth through a comprehensive set of benefits and programs. These include health care coverage, wellness initiatives, retirement plans, childcare support, tuition reimbursement, and mental health resources, among others. The organization fosters an environment where diverse talents contribute to its global success and ensures equal opportunity employment across all levels.
As a Client Center Meeting Coordinator within JPMorgan Chase’s Client Center team, you will be the welcoming face of the company, providing exceptional hospitality and service that creates a lasting positive impression on every client and employee who visits. This role goes beyond traditional front desk responsibilities and involves escorting guests, coordinating meetings, and supporting flawless event execution. Your primary focus will be to deliver a seamless and pleasant experience by anticipating and tending to the needs of visitors while working collaboratively with internal and external partners such as catering staff, security personnel, audio-visual teams, events coordinators, and facility management.
In this position, the Client Center Meeting Coordinator will manage essential front desk functions including answering phones, promptly returning emails, reviewing and analyzing meeting room requests, and maintaining a clear understanding of the event schedules. Additionally, you will assist Event Planners in pre-conference calls, handle data entry, and support the execution of both small and large-scale events. You will be responsible for ensuring that all client specifications are met by diligently reviewing the Banquet Event Orders and verifying the setup of meeting rooms, catering arrangements, and audio-visual equipment. Proficiency in using the Event Management System (EMS) is critical for managing reservations, handling incoming requests, and streamlining event logistics.
The ideal candidate for this role will be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings as necessary to cover event times is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to engage professionally and warmly with clients and colleagues, managing guest experiences and expectations with tact and diplomacy. Your expertise will also involve planning and coordinating small events independently while providing dedicated support for larger events to ensure all aspects align with client needs and company standards.
Joining JPMorgan Chase as a Client Center Meeting Coordinator means becoming part of a prestigious organization that prioritizes operational excellence, outstanding service, and continuous professional development. This role offers rewarding opportunities to help create memorable client experiences and contribute to the company’s reputation for exceptional hospitality and event management excellence, all while enjoying a competitive total rewards package based on your experience and skills.
