Job Requirements
- Must be able to fly for extended periods of time without restrictions
- Willingness to work irregular and long hours according to flight schedules
- Willingness to travel at short notice and be flexible with changing flight itineraries
- Current U S passport is required since flights are domestic and international
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Previous corporate Gulfstream training preferred
- Knowledgeable with emergency procedures as well as competency for aircraft safety medical equipment
- Should have prior training in safety and emergency including CPR AED and first aid inflight cabin service food catering and FACTS training
- Culinary and meal presentation skills preferred
- Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to attend recurrent training on aircraft safety and procedures
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Previous corporate Gulfstream training preferred
- Knowledgeable with emergency procedures including CPR AED and first aid
- Competency for aircraft safety and medical equipment
- Prior training in inflight cabin service and food catering
- Culinary and meal presentation skills preferred
- Ability to work irregular and long hours according to flight schedules
- Current U S passport
Job Duties
- Prepare all meals snacks or convenience items for varied groups of passengers
- Responsible for safety and comfort of passengers on-board aircraft
- Provide highest level of safety and security
- Supervise and maintain stock of aircraft supplies and manage purchases and delivery of stock
- Assist with filing and maintaining organization and supplies for the travel department offices
- Coordinate special passenger requests for flights
- Set standard and train new pilots on stocking procedures through use of training and stock guides
- Responsible for all flight department uniforms and logo items
